Rental housing available for the Class C demographic is of exceptionally poor quality, featuring substandard finishing, worn-out furniture, and unreliable home appliances. Despite these deficiencies, the rental prices are disproportionately high and do not reflect the actual value of the property. Additionally, tenants face significant challenges in finding suitable housing, compounded by exploitative practices from landlords and brokers, as well as the friction and negative behaviors that often arise when sharing accommodation with roommates
Our goal is to provide this demographic with decent-quality, reasonably priced housing through a fast, seamless, and transparent search process, while actively minimizing the negative practices of landlords, brokers, and tenants alike. By ensuring access to a comfortable living environment, we can significantly improve their mental well-being and boost their productivity—whether in education or career development
